Custom Field
  • Custom Field : Navigate to the Admin Panel->Custom Field On this custom field page, you’ll see an "Add Custom Field" button in the "Custom Field List" table.
  • Add Custom Field : To create a "custom field", click on the "Add Custom Field" button. A modal pop-up will appear with a "label Name" input field, and a "label type" dropdown, and "View On" with three radio button options, and also two toggle switch buttons with "Required field" and "Privacy". Now fill in the "Custom Field" form with the appropriate fields, choose the options accordingly, and click on the save button to save the changes. The newly created "custom fields" will appear in the "Custom Field List" table.

    A clear explanation is given below before you select an option from the “View On” radio buttons.

  • View on Create Tickets : If the "View on Create Tickets" radio button is checked, the newly created custom field will be displayed only on "Create Tickets" form.
  • View on Register : If the "View on Register" radio button is checked, the newly created custom field will be displayed only on "Register" form.
  • View on Both : If the "View on Both" radio button is checked, the newly created custom field will be displayed on both "Create Tickets" and "Register" forms.
